Recently, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office in Florida was overrun with kittens. Bummer, yes, they have our sympathy. In the pictures shared on Facebook, you can see the wild kittens on the loose in the lobby. Meanwhile, one officer seems to have particularly enjoyed one fluffy kitten’s company.
Cuteness Overload at Pinellas Sheriff’s Office
Do these adorable, sweet babies get to be on the Wall of Honor too?
The brave officers at the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office in Florida were in for quite a surprise. A call came in about twelve kittens abandoned in a carrier at the local Dunedin park. The kittens were brought to the North District Station lobby, and they had a ball!
Image what that call might have sounded like.
“Beep Beep. Dispatch, Officer Fuzz requires backup. Bring tuna and catnip. 10-4 Officer Fuzz backup is on the way.”
We bet the officers enjoyed a break with these tiny adorable floofs for a while.
“Kittens and cuteness overload took over our North District Station lobby last weekend after a call came in about 12 abandoned kittens in a carrier at a Dunedin park. Deputies responded and brought them over to the station before getting in contact with Suncoast Animal League in Palm Harbor.”
Growing Up in Foster Care
“Suncoast has identified the kittens to be around four to five weeks old. They are currently being housed in a foster home and they will be available for adoption after they are twelve weeks old and complete their medical program. Be sure to follow Suncoast Animal League to stay up to date on when they’ll be available for adoption and more!”
“Just a little moment of zen on National Kitten Day with kittens Lake & company who are currently being fostered by the Danielson family of @caringpawsanimalhospital. ”
REMEMBER: SPAY/NEUTER, FOSTER, VOLUNTEER, TNR & AS ALWAYS, ADOPT, DON’T SHOP!
