The tunnels can be easily attached to any wall of your aquarium at any depth and can even be placed vertically, side by side, or in any configuration imaginable to keep you and your fish entertained. Tunnels are made of sturdy and safe, solid ABS plastic that is easy to clean and has no sharp edges and no paint that could flake off. Betta fish absolutely love these tunnels and so do many, many other animals like loaches, killifish, shrimp, plecos, axolotls, geckos, mollies, guppies just to name a few. Different fish/animals like their tunnels placed in different places – most bettas prefer at least one tunnel to be up near the waterline, plecos seem to prefer theirs down low. They can prefer different colors, too! – some bettas seem to prefer lighter colors and some prefer darker colors.
