One thing that everyone knows at this point is that dogs are angels. We don’t know what we did as humankind to have these pawmazing creatures choose us as their best friends, but we find ourselves grateful for it every day. They’re just there. Existing. These little rays of sunshine. We have been blessed by these funny doggos living in our houses and entertaining us all the time, by these adorable puppers posing for our photos all the time, by these delightfully derpy doggos loving us all day every day, no matter how down we might be.

Coming back to our dogs at the end of a long workday is like the best treat. Being jumped on and hugged and sloppily kissed. Nothing’s better. Or so we thought. Because apparently, some dogs have decided that they need to be even cuter and greet us with a smile every time that we come back home.

r/aww 16 days ago mmmeeejjjs my dog (standard poodle) smiles every time i come back home. he has been smiling ever since he was 6 months old. the vet said she never saw a dog smile this big!! such a sweet puppy

It’s always one of the best feelings in the world to come home to your dog, but somehow, this would make it even better. Having our adorable puppers smile at us when we come back… sigh, we don’t deserve dogs. They are too good to us.

Like- look at that face. There is not a single person who has a heart in this world who could withstand smiling back at this adorable little thing. Even someone who hates dogs would melt at this sight. That is the cutest grin we have ever seen in our whole lives ever.

Knoblauch Nuggat • 16d ago I know a golden retiever which does smile a lot. He is so adapted to humans that he mimics us hardly. Like Seeing someone who you like with a smile. He does that. Which looks like a growling dog defending itself with showing teeth. But all he wants is love.
