Artist, Dancer, choreographer and vlogger Ivyana Yvette recently graduated from the University Of Missouri Kansas City and is bringing her dreams to life. To celebrate, Yvette shared a series of graduation photos with her beloved cat Ziggy Jakobe.
Yvette credits the cute Ziggy with helping her attain her goals. Although not often given credit, our feline companions offer a daily boost as we tackle life’s many challenges. So, it’s nice to see Ziggy appreciated at graduation, wearing his little cap and tie.
“In honor of it still being graduation season, we wanted to bring you THEE Ziggy Jakobe & Ivyana Yvette DUO . WITHOUT each other, this sight right here wouldn’t be! ?,” she wrote.
“WE MADE IT TOGETHER! ”
In a TikTok about the experience, Yvette said, “I could cry,” about how happy she was that day.
Many people said they cried too when they saw the heartwarming and wholesome post, while others said it gave them ideas for graduation photos with their furbabies.
Ziggy Jakobe Brings Daily Joy
For Yvette, dancing fills her soul with joy, an art form that is a “form of healing to everyone.” Likewise, her kitty companion Ziggy Jakobe is a source of daily amusement and happiness.
“He just absolutely is my favorite,” Yvette says of Ziggy. “He’s so sweet, so cute, you can take so many pictures with him. and you get little toe beans for free,” she says.
Ziggy Goes to Class
Like his mama, Ziggy is a rising star with a following on TikTok and Instagram. You can see how much fun they have together, exploring the house or the outdoors together. Sometimes, Ziggy walks wearing a harness, and recently, he has seen the world from a backpack with a view.
On Yvette’s last day of classes, she brought Ziggy to class in his special backpack.
“Everybody wanted to see him, and they absolutely loved him,” Ziggy Jakobe shared on TikTok. “I had to keep him calm because he spoke the entire time we were there. We were only there for about an hour.”
The 2-year-old ginger tabby is always trying to do what Yvette is doing, including having his eyebrows brushed. On the other hand, Yvette has also learned to speak Ziggy’s language.

Other times, he’s striking funny poses, like this one at the bathroom sink.
At home, Ziggy Jakobe enjoys life with his dog sibling Marley, who has been known to do yoga with Yvette. We hope this happy family attains all their hopes and dreams together. Whatever they do next, we know there will be lots of laughs and love shared.
