Does she fit? She’s sitting?! She’s a jerk.
That was one scared cat called Cloppy’s reaction when she discovered that someone else had been granted — and was now fully utilizing — the one thing she craved the most: a box.
Worst of all, the receiver has never showed any interest in boxes in the past. In any case, not like Cloppy.
Tracy King stopped by her sister’s house the other day to assist box up some items for delivery. Because one of the boxes they had on hand was unusually large, King felt it would be amusing to have her sister sit inside it for a shot. And she did just that.
Cloppy happened to stroll in at that exact time.
“Cloppy was just entering the room when her little face dropped,” King explained to The Dodo. “I was laughing so hard that I almost didn’t get a shot.” She seems shaken.”
Cloppy’s thing is boxes, as everyone knows.
It was the epitome of a snub.
Of fact, it was all a misunderstanding; King and her sister were only teasing each other. Cloppy, on the other hand, was plainly taken aback by the fact that the spotless cardboard castle had been given to someone other than her.
That, thankfully, did not endure long.
“It ended happily,” King added. “My sister pushed her into the box, and she now owns it.”
With that, everything was back to normal — and then some.
This year, Christmas came early for young Cloppy.
“She was overjoyed to be put in the box,” King added. “She began purring.”
Don’t even think about it again.
