Yikes, here we are again. In a certain sense it is beginning to feel futile to expect anything less, yet that is what the weekend will do to you. It raises your hopes to the point that you wonder what life might be like if you did not have to go back to work on Monday. But resigning ourselves to the dreary reality of our lives being consumed by work is not much of an existence either. If only we could live like animals, working on finding our own food, and we are not talking about cunningly sourcing the reduced items at the supermarket.

In any case we made this list of awwdorable animal posts to help treat your work week trauma with a dose of sweet animals. At least in that way you can be reminded that there are souls in this world that get to pounce and play all day long, swinging from tree tops, playing in dog parks, and living their best lives.
